Clean the striking pads with a wet cloth. A good old wet cloth can be used to clean any type of arm pads. Here’s how you can clean them:
1: Take a bowl of lukewarm water and a soft piece of cloth
2: Clean the pad gently with a wet cloth
3: Wipe the inside of the arm pad as well
4: Air-dry it before using, avoiding direct sunlight exposure
